What are the shipping costs?
UK: All orders in the UK are Free!
Europe: Orders to Europe under £80 are £9.99, orders to Europe that are £80 or more and free!
International: Order outside the UK or Europe under £100 are £14.99, orders that are £100 or more are free!
Do I need to pay customs tax and duties?
UK: All orders are fulfilled from the UK, so no customs tax or duties are required for orders in the UK and Northern Ireland.
Europe & International: Customs tax and duties will be payable on orders outside of the UK. Rates will vary depending on your country of origin.
Please Note: Customers must take full responsibility for paying customs tax and duties. If the customs charge is not paid and the parcel is returned, £20 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover admin and shipping charges.
Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout the whole of the UK, Europe and Internationally.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
UK deliveries will take 2-4 business days.
International deliveries will take between 5 - 7 business days.
Are orders tracked?
Yes, you will be provided a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
If your order has not arrived, please contact us by emailing contact@sorolahomedecor.com. We will resolve this issue with our courier.
Returns
What is the returns policy?
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including all original packaging and tags. For more information, read our returns policy.
I received the wrong/damaged product. What should I do?
If you receive a product that is damaged, defected or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at contact@sorolahomedecor.com and we will resolve the issue.

Do you offer wholesale discounts on bulk orders?
Yes we do, if you're placing a large order on behalf of a business or for an event, please get in touch by emailing contact@sorolahomedecor.com. We will provide more information on the minimum order quantity and the wholesale discount.
