Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including all original packaging and tags.

Returns

To start the return process, please email us at contact@sorolahomedecor.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not offer free returns unless the product is deemed faulty.

 

Refunds

 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Damages and issues

If you receive a product that is damaged, defected or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at contact@sorolahomedecor.com and we will resolve this issue.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange the product you purchase for another, please return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
